An initial consultation is one of the most important appointments you will have with our office. You will meet with an attorney, discuss your case, and review attorney fees for your particular case. Your consultation will go more smoothly and will be of greater benefit to you if you prepare for it.

Personal Injury

Personal injury consultations are always free. When you make your appointment, we will ask for the date of your injury and basic facts about your claim. You should bring the following, if you have it, to your initial consultation:

  • Any correspondence from the insurer, at-fault party, court or arbitration
  • All bills you’ve received for treatment or other costs related to the claim
  • Any receipts for any expenses you’ve paid out of pocket
  • Any related photos of the scene, the aftermath, or your injuries

You should also try to have the following information available:

  • Car insurance information – for your insurance, the car you were in (if different), and the vehicle at fault
  • Health insurance information
  • Information for any other entity that may have paid benefits related to this claim
  • Witness contact information
  • A list of your past and current medical providers
