First and foremost, all of us at Walther Goss Law hope that you and your families remain safe and healthy during this pandemic. We are committed to giving our clients the best possible service under the circumstances while keeping our staff and clients as safe as possible.
Effective immediately, we are reducing in-person client meetings as much as possible and we are no longer accepting walk-ins to our office. Most meetings will be done by phone or video. Do not show up to Walther Goss Law offices unless we have approved you to come in person. If you arrive without an approved in-person appointment, you will not be let into the office. This is for the safety of your and our families and loved ones, as well as for the safety of all our clients.
If you have an in-person appointment and you feel sick, or have been around someone who is sick, please call to reschedule the appointment or to change it to a phone or video appointment. If you are sick, we will not let you into the office even if you have a scheduled in-person appointment.
If you need to send us documents, we can receive those via physical mail, fax, email, or text message. Always include your name and the recipient’s name in your messages. Payments can be made through a credit or debit card via a link we can send you or by phone. You can also drop off your documents or payments in the marked drop box outside of our office, which will be checked periodically. Please feel free to call, email, or text our office with any questions. We may be moving to reduced hours, but our goal is generally to call you back by the next business day.
Wishing everyone continued health and patience through this difficult time.
